Default System time resets after switch boot options. Dual boot W7/OSX - 08-10-2009, 04:26 AM

I am running a dual boot. Windows7/OSX.

When I switch between my dual boots the system time for either operating system resets to a totally random time. If I reboot into the same operating system the time remains intact.

I have checked my BIOS time and it is correct.

Any ideas?

I know I've offered a way to fix this at least 3 times in the forums and others have offered other ways also.

This happens on my MacBook Pro using Boot Camp as well. It seems to be related to how time is stored using EFI (OS X), or BIOS (Windows). I just make sure that the clocks are set to update from the Internet
