Default nlite and dell xp cd - 08-01-2009, 02:34 AM

i just spent 3 hours trying to use my old xp pro volume license and the "floating" mini xp torrent to no avail. kept getting bsod and .dll error

so I figured if I can spend that long trying to use someone else's work, I can take the time to nlite on my own. so my question is: can I simply use the disc that came with the mini? it arrived yesterday with 3 cds...1)drivers 2)ms works 3)xp home sp3 reinstall

even though it says 'reinstall'...that is still the full version disc that I can use as the base for nlite, right? the guides on how to use the program never reference this, and I can't find any of my old xp discs (probably would be original releases too = lots of updating necessary) any help would be appreciated for those of us that just got in the mini game and want to make our simple 8gb ssd usable!
