Default SSD vs External Hard Drive - 07-16-2009, 09:23 PM

I don't know which one to get can anyone help me?
I have 8GB on my mini and would like to upgrade but which one is better option?
Both of them are about same price where I live.
Help Thanx

Well, SSD's are very quick, silent, and small. Another bonus is that you don't have to carry something around and plug it in when you want to use it. I prefer SSD's to be honest, because of the reasons I stated. Just my opinions though!

what im probably gonna do is eventually get a 64gb runcore ssd to install all my applications and stuff on and get an external hard drive to store my files and whatnot so I can go between computers with it. For what I do file portability is semi necessary.
