My mini 12 comes with an 80gig Hard Disk. Can I upgrade this to 250-300 Gig? I'm asking this since those with mini 10 claim they can upgrade it up to 500gig. please help

The Mini 12 uses a 1.8" iPod-like hard drive. The Mini 10 and 10v use a standard 2.5" laptop drive.

1.8" hard drives will always be slower, smaller, and more expensive than 2.5" drives. Also, 1.8" drive interfaces are less standardized, so I'm not sure what upgrades are possible.

Anyways, the biggest 1.8" drive that I'm aware of is 240GB.
