Nope. Looks like the Mini 12 is using the GMA 500. Not supported, hence the reason you don't see it on the Mini 10. Mini 10v might be a different story.

You're not restricted to 8 GB. Many upgrade their SSD's. I upgraded to a 32 GB SuperTalent for around $80 or $90 (can't remember which) I bought off Newegg.

That said, if you wait until some of us start getting the Mini 10v in hand, it may support OS X, as the chipset is the same in the Mini 9. I don't want to say go out and buy one yet though, as there may be some initial issues with it (won't know till we start getting them).

Well you could theoretically buy the 160GB mini 10v which although being unconfirmed should in theory be easily "Macable".

Or depending on how much u wanna spend get the higher end 16gb in the UK ubuntu or 64gb in the US ubuntu version if you want solid state.

Just looked at Dell site. Mini 10v is pretty impressive.
Anyone tried to load OSX on this machine?

as far as i know, no one has received one yet. it's virtually the same as the mini 9 so OSX is not anticipated to pose any serious problems.

Great, I was just about to pull the trigger on an A90 and I saw the 10V. I just hope it is OS X compatible. I really do want a 160 gig drive so I will wait.

Sad thing is I can't even buy a Mini 9 in Penang and I am just down the street from Dell. Not sure the 10V will be available here or anywhere in Asia.

anguish, can you let us know ASAP if OS X works as well as on the Mini 9?
