I have tested this on both 1.33ghz and 1.6ghz chips in ubuntu with no crashes.

BIOS/video driver are latest version. Didn't need to disable speedstep as suggested in another thread. I go into suspend mode often and everything comes back. Have been connecting a bluetooth devices including unusual ones like wasabi printer and wii controller (very good for projection monitor). Have been trying to tax system by watching DVDs in Fluendo DVD player and playing h264/Xvid 720p video files, even tried both at the same time, still no crash.
I was hoping to be able to diagnose this and help people who were still having this issue. I think it may have just been the early bios or software issue.
