Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 533 (PC2 4200) Laptop Memory Model F2-4200CL4S-2GBSK - Laptop Memory Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory Model F2-5300CL5S-2GBSK - Laptop Memory Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Laptop Memory Model F2-6400CL5S-2GBSK - Laptop Memory Any one of these will work or other brand with the same specs. With the N270 CPU the PC2 4200 is the min & with the N280 CPU the PC2 5300 will be the min. |

Shouldn't be. The 800 will run at the reduced speed of 533 with the N270 CPU or 667 with the N280 |

I've been outta the game for awhile...I never heard of "G.Skill", are they generic? I assume everyone has heard of Corsair, I wonder if they make RAM with this spec...I'll look into it. |

I upgraded using NCIX.com - Buy Buffalo Select D2N800C-2G/BR 2GB 1X2GB PC2-6400 DDR2-800 CL5 200PIN SODIMM Memory - D2N800C-2G/BR In Canada. Was 24$ CAD and works well. My Dropbox My Blag (Check it out!) |
