I have a 10v that I did the 2gb upgrade on. Now when I connect the AC adapter, the battery does not charge. System says it is charging, but the battery % does not increase. It will run on the AC alone or the battery alone but it will not charge. Did I mess something up while changing the RAM? Will Dell take it for service now that I've opened it?

Noone has any idea? I was reading a mini 9 forum that said something about and airplane mode that stops the battery from charging but I have XP and it doesn't seem to have an aircraft manager. Any other ideas out there? I really don't want ot have to take it all apart again to put 1GB ram back in and hope they don't notice. Thanks again.
