Anyone know a good site for 1024x576 resolution wallpapers? If so, can you post them here? I keep searching but I only found a handful of wallpapers at this resolution and I don't want to fiddle with Photoshop to resize full ones.

It's probably easier to search for 1024x600. Just select "center" when applying the image to the the desktop. You'll lose 12 pixels on the top and bottom, but nothing that should make a noticeable difference.

Two sites I find have really nice, free images are Caedes.net (Caedes Desktop Backgrounds - Photography, Abstract, 3D - Caedes Desktop Wallpaper - Caedes.net) and InterfaceLIFT (InterfaceLIFT: Wallpaper sorted by Date).

With Caedes if you select "My Screen Shape" from the drop-down at the top of an image gallery page it will automatically filter for images that are available in 1024x576 (assuming you're on your Mini).

Second on the deviantART recommendation. I get most of my wallpapers from there.

Also check out wallbase.net. It's an image scraper for the 4chan /w/, /wg/, and /hr/ boards. You can search by keyword, and it even allows you to filter out the naughty bits & images.
