I just called Dell and they told me that the parts are on order.
I asked which parts and he told me that he did not know and no one at Dell could tell me which parts are on order, but, it would be delivered on or before the 2nd.
I asked him that if he did not know which parts are on order how he could tell me when it would be delivered. He assured me that it will be delivered.
I told him that he is the 16th person to tell me that my order will be delivered on or before a specific date yet that date has now passed 3 times.
I asked to speak to manager. This manager, never introduced himself, but told me the same thing. He also was unable to provide me on which parts were delayed. He did say that he would now give me free shipping.
I'll believe that when I see it. I'll go until the 2nd (2 days). If no status change then I go to another company. I don't care about putting MAC on it. Gods forbid I need some kind of support on this thing. If I can't even order and get one delivered, how the heck am I supposed to get support?
