Default Recommended Batteries for the 10v - 02-08-2012, 10:24 PM

Hey all,

I couldn't find much information on this on the web, so I thought I would post.

I am buying a mini 10v with a battery that is dead. I was wondering if anybody had a few recommendations for a suitable replacement battery model, 3rd party or otherwise.

On ebay I have seen a few batteries for under $30 canadian. Does anyone have any experience with these type of batteries?

Thank you in advance!

MOST 3rd party batteries have issues, I personally only deal with Dell, they are more $ but they work, some get others then have to screw with the BIOS (which I NEVER recommend), but its your choice...Good Luck to ya.....

I purchased a 6-cell replacement on Amazon that has performed flawlessly and lasts for several hours.
