So after all this time is there still no solution for screen rotation under Windows? Seems like there would be a driver or software that could enable this since you can do it under Ubuntu and OSX. |

You should be able to install the Intel driver for the 945GSE chipset and get a taskbar tray item that can do rotation. Mini 9|2GB RAM|64GB RunCore|Intel 5300|Windows 8 |

providing the drivers are loaded, usually by doing a 'ctrl+alt+arrow key' usually will do the rotation, not sure if this is a windows thing or a Dell thing  |
