hey,

i have a 1011 that was given to me for free. it was really messed up; but ive replaced the base and palm rest plate.

the lid is quite badly scratched, so looking to change it.
i can get a 1010 lid quite cheaply, so was wondering if they can be used on the 1011?

No, they are very different.

I have used the lids from 1010's on the 1011 , the antenna cables / lengths are different but easily moved from one lid to the next, I have a couple spare ones, I can send you one for the cost of shipping.
