My mod assumes you have the second slot or have soldered the second slot on the motherboard, and your right not for the average tinkerer. I will assemble a few pics of the 3 I have , fisrt quick look shows the 10v lid 2 antennas ,1 1010 lid with 3 one appears to be a tv antenna has Hauppauge on it which is a tv card man. , the 3rd lid has 5 antenna's on it !. |

Total bummer. I was hoping to get the broadcom card working without having to tinker too much with the system setup. EDIT: Didn't realize the BCM970012 was bigger in size than the BCM970015. I think this might actually be worth a try. Joe, are you able to post the pictures of the your modifications? |

Am i correct that after soldering the pci-e slot i need to solder together the 2 points of jumper J3 to enable the 3v to pin 2 of the pci-e slot? |
