Default Just reinstalled xp... - 03-27-2011, 04:54 AM

I just reinstalled xp b/c I upgraded to a 2gb RAM and I had a virus apparently.
Now I have an operating system!!!, but nothing to do on it.
I have an external dvd-rom, and know that one puts the drivers dvd in to install them, but I am having difficulty figuring out what to do really.
Will the DVD not auto run and just let me install the files?

The Dell Driver Download Manager says that I need no drivers/updates.
My touchpad does not work correctly, I do not have any sound, and I know that all of the drivers are not installed.
