Keep searching......the Mini 10v will not accept DDR3 memory it must be DDR2 only
something similar to this ..

Thanks for the help I found a Crucial stick with the right specs on Amazon for £26.50 ($40) but the newegg one seems cheaper. Do they ship to the UK?
