sounds like you probably have to re-install Windows completely....either use a Flashdrive or an external DVD drive...

PS. Welcome to the forum...

Have you upgraded the ram recently if so make sure its in place securely

downlaod avira anti virus (google) and do a full scan preferbly in safemode
do the same with malwarebytes

if your quite advanced or convinced your still infected
after removing any viruses you could do a scan of the boot sector with a program called 'unhackme' suttle eh?

wish you luck!

not working? o yeah avira doesn'y like installing in safemode however you can install it via normal windows then scan from safemode i beleive

my bad

i highly reccomend using unhackme but it is alittle complex for the average bear im afraid i reccomend leaving avira on there great protection

try and find the error code from the blue screen and try googling it this will determine if its

- an overheating problem
- ram problem
- other (but the top two are extremmely common

soliciting for software is illegal...I suggest that you contact Dell if you need any Dell software.

I believe it is also against forum rules and you could be banned for such actions
