Thumbs down "Consider replacing your battery" - 07-19-2010, 10:56 PM

hello everybody. I'm having a problem where i have windows 7 ultimate, and a dell mini 10v.. all of the sudden yesterday my battery was around half full and a red x came over the battery indicator and said "Consider replacing your battery", now granted my battery is smaller and only holds around 1:30mins of juice but i've only had the netbook a year. i searched around google and found this is a big problem with win7 and notebooks but i know this is the mecca of info for minis so i wanted to ask you guys and see if anyone can figure something out. from what ive read it seems that its actually windows 7 not measuring battery life right to start and then it kills the battery. and microsoft is not taking any blame that this could be their beloved win7 baby!! thanks in advance
