Just thought I should share what I've learned from Dell the past 2 weeks.
Long story short, my scratch and dent 10v came with a broken USB port. I called to get it exchanged. Ten days later my exchange was approved, but they weren't sending me another 10v; instead, a mini 10. Upon calling and asking Dell why, the technician told me that for the foreseeable future, all exchanges regarding 10v's will not be replaced with another 10v.
I have since returned the mini 10, as it is obviously no good to me for OS X purposes. My only options are to receive replacement parts, which I have done.
