Default Connecting a Projector: Interlacing issues - 03-21-2010, 11:20 PM

I'm hoping someone can help with this. I can connect my Dell Mini out to an external monitor via the VGA port with no problem. However when I connect it to a projector - I get interlacing problems. Is there any resolve for this? I'm not sure if there is perhaps some kind of change I have to make within the projector (I fiddled through this, but didn't it didn't make the video come through) - or if there' something else I can do via the mini.

I'd really love to be able to use my mini for presentations that use a projector -so any help is greatly appreciated.

This is usually caused by the refresh rate or resolution being too high for the projector. I see this often at work.
