Computer memory upgrades for Dell Inspiron Mini 10v (1011) Netbook from

I don't know how the speeds/classes work. If higher number are better or not.

I plan on getting the BT module on eBay as well so I figured I might as well do it all at once.

For DDR2 RAM, the main speed number is the one next to the "PC2". PC2-6400 (800MHz) RAM is faster than PC2-5300 (667MHz).

But the 10v maxes out at PC2-4200 (533MHz). Faster RAM will work, but I wouldn't pay more for it.

Like the previous member mentioned, just make sure you get at least pc4200 or pc5300 memory. As far as the brand is concerned, just stick to a name brand and check out reviews on or Amazon.
