Default Windows XP or Ubuntu - 02-11-2010, 04:31 AM

So as I'm sure most of you guys know, Dell is selling the Mini 10v for 249 right now, and I was wondering if there is any advantages/disadvantages to getting the XP version and installing the 2GB stick of RAM myself or getting the Ubuntu version and paying the extra 50 to have it pre-installed. I'm assuming it's no difference other than whether I'm okay with installing the RAM myself and also quality of the RAM, since I'm gonna be hackintoshing it anyways, but I figure I might as well ask just in case. Can't be too careful right? But regardless of which I get, I'll be hackintoshing it and was just wondering if it made any real difference if I started off with Ubuntu or Windows.
