G.Skill ram with head spreaders - 02-06-2010, 01:07 PM
I am looking around for memory to buy and came across these:
Newegg.com - G.SKILL 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Laptop Memory Model F2-6400CL5S-2GBSK - Laptop Memory
Some guys have reviewed on newegg saying that this ram physically fits in the 10v. my question is:
1.) Does anyone have this ram, and does it help with the heat issue of upgrading?
2.) If not, does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on spending a few extra bucks for the heat spreaders?

Had this stick in my old Mini 9 before I swapped it out for a HyperX stick, didn't get warm at all. Now it lives in a 10v, where it is still yet to get very warm.
