Unhappy Dell Mini 10 Will No Longer Charge - 01-31-2010, 04:17 PM

So I know that there is another thread about this but my problem is different. So my dad bought me and my sister Dell Mini 10V's and I installed Windows 7 on both and then today when I got on my computer the battery was low (like 10%) and I plugged in my charger and I realized that it wouldnt charge so then it sais "Plug In Your Charger" because it sais that its at 7% Critically Low so then I pull out my charger and the little peice that the charger goes into comes out with the charger. So me and my mom try to put it in and it just falls right out and wont charge and now im stuck with my slow crappy Dell Latitude CPx from 1995 with no screen and im trying to buy a new computer. So can someone help me with this problem?
Thanks

Definitely contact Dell (as long as your 10v is still under warranty). If there are pieces falling off, they should fix it!
