| Member Posts: 48 Join Date: Jul 2009 | An update. Ive tried to do an upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7, but that caused a blue-screen during upgrade. I tried to connect the drive to my desktop computer and format it and then put it back into the Dell and install win 7. That didn't work. Then I tried to install win 7 on the SSD in my desktop computer and that worked, but not on my Dell. This is very strange because ive used win 7 on the 160gb 5400rpm stock hard drive since ive got it. Any tips. Ive also tried to clone my 160gb disk to my Intel SSD with Norton Ghost and Acronis Image home, but I didn't through the win logon screen. Any tips? |
