Default Is the 10v SATA I or SATA II? Looking to install a SSD - 01-29-2010, 12:26 AM

Hi,

I am looking to install a 60 gig OCZ SSD Vertex in a mini 10v. I was curious what the chipset is & if the unit is SATA II or SATA I?

Thanks,
Rich

A SATA2 drive will work fine on a SATA1 connection.

Default 60 gig OCZ SSD Vertex - 01-30-2010, 12:23 PM

I have a 60 gig OCZ SSD Vertex in my 10v, works nicely!
Boot time is still horrible, but everything else is snappy!
