Did you take your 10v apart for an upgrade?
Sometimes when you put it back together it's not properly assembled and it'll wobble big time. Happened to my 10v when I did a RAM upgrade. Had to take it apart again and reassembled it and it stopped wobbling.

I have two 10v and both wobble from top left to down bottom right.
One I took apart to upgrade and the other I have not taken apart.
I had ordered the mRight(sp??) plastic shield cover for both the bottom and top of the 10v (you know the one with the retractable keyboard-like legs to til the netbook). Well putting that on isn't a secure fit either. It seems that the right lower side near the palm is designed a fraction width off. Almost as if the bottom of the case is angled back up or compressed.
Yes..new rubber feet types will balance the whole netbook.
6-cell battery will also remove this wobbliness.
YES VERY annoying. NOT OCD.

nope haven't physically moded the mini in any way ..
it is a noticeable wobble if you rock it but type function is okay doesn't wobble then, just bad workmanship i guess.. might Email Dell but don't want to exchange it (we're emotionally attached now), and see what they say.
I'll post back with the results ..
thanks for all you're cool replies.
hmm might push them for a 6 cell battery to get over this traumatic incident ........ that stops the wobble hmmm cool put that in the E..
