Default You cannot flash A05 in DOS. Yes or No? - 12-11-2009, 10:26 PM


see statement above. I dont have Windows on my Dell Mini therefore cannot use the Windows-Update-Tool.

I even extracted the BIOS.ROM file, but there is no DOS based flashing utility for it of course, is there.

The procedure is specific to your motherboard. It's not as easy as asking google. Actually if you try this with non related bios flashing utilitys you'll probably brick the Mini.

Don't get me wrong though, thanks for trying to help! I'll end up installing Windows just for the fw flash I guess.
