Default mini 10v hard drive upgrade question - 11-22-2009, 08:39 PM

ok so ive searched and i didnt get what i was looking for so here it goes i finally got my dekk mini 10v hackintoshed i love it but i have a 120 gb hard drive and i no that im gonna need more the question that i have is since i didnt install that hackintosh myself what will happen when i upgrade my hard drive. meaning when i put in a new hard drive is it still gonna be a hackintosh

Standard OSs are stored on a hard drive (or SSD). And new drives are blank.

So, upgrading to new drive requires reinstalling the OS from scratch, or copying the data on the old drive to the new one (see disk image and/or drive cloning).
