Thanks to the OP for taking some initiative and starting a FAQ / Best Practices thread. This will surely come in handy and I have really been wanting to start one up for a while but did not have enough time (or motivation) to get one started. On top of that, I am picky and would have wanted everything to be organized with links to discussion threads / answers ... glad someone else had time to start this up! ![]() I urge others to contribute questions along with associated answers so that we can build a repository of commonly asked questions and their correct answers.
