Default Any physical differences between 10v HDD and SSD? - 10-27-2009, 05:55 PM

Hi, I'm thinking of getting a 10v and am wondering if there are any physical differences between the SSD and HDD versions of the machine. I'd rather get an SSD version, because it's cheaper at 200 quid, and throw in the spare SATA HDD I've got here when I'm upgrading the ram.

My friend has an acer aspire one, and this can't be upgraded without a lot of effort (and finding a 1.8 inch drive).

Cheers, Paul

Yes, like he said - they're 2.5" SATA drives so they're exactly the same size and shape. There are no external differences between the SSD and HDD models.
