I honestly think passive cooling isn't the best of ideas for these devices, but I also understand that some people like their devices silent, so it's a tradeoff I guess. A couple of things to help is to elevate it, whether by using a stand or getting it a few extra millimeters off the ground (hacked up rubber pads from a home improvement store help). I have been monitoring my temp all day and it's around 40ºC, this seems high to me since you have stated that yours runs around 25ºC. I'm running 10.6.1 SL w/ 1GB of RAM, wanted to know if my temp will go up if I install the 2GB of RAM I just purchased?
