I love me some UPS! In my experience they've been cheaper than FedEx and I've never had an issue with UPS. What can brown do for you?

Correction: They are PAID to get things there on-time - not in good condition.

While working @ FXG, we only discussed quality KPI once. Service (timeliness) KPI were discussed daily.

Both UPS and FedEX have been superb in my book. Don't get me STARTED on DHL though.

I guess that I order enough stuff that the drivers know me.

UPS always brings my Dell toys on time and in great condition, and FedEx always brings my Apple toys on time in great condition. The FedEx guy even takes it to my back door inside the gate!

Nothing but positive experiences here, but mistakes do happen.
