Let me try to clarify.
I've grabbed some pics from this thread:
1.) firstly unclip all of these:
There is also another clip further left of number 1. I unclipped that one as well.
2.) Now to remove the motherboard we need to seperate the VGA, USB port and audio ports from the chassis. I used a card and pried the chassis away from those ports on the motherboard (so the motherboard popped up a bit on the right hand side)
3.) If you have successfully loosened the right side away from the chassis then the only thing left to do is pull the whole motherboard away from you (towards the screen) and it will slide away from that black tab that was in the way previously.
4.) You can now remove the motherboard completely and flip it around to replace your RAM. Then follow step 2 in reverse to replace the motherboard and close her back up.
Hope i've cleared things up a bit there. I am typing this in my macbook mini with 2GB Ram upgrade and one hell of a stuffed wireless card screw at least I know no-one will be stealing my wireless card
