Not sure about the Canada shipping, but this is what I installed and works with the N280.

Newegg.com - Crucial 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory Model CT25664AC667 - Laptop Memory

There is the Canadian division of Newegg that I'm sure will give you better shipping prices.

Newegg.ca - CORSAIR 2GB 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Laptop Memory Model VS2GSDS667D2 - Laptop Memory

Good deal. The 2GB made a big difference to me and only takes about 30 minutes.

The price looks good. Can fit for the 10v too?

Yes. Any DDR2 SO-DIMM 667 2GB should work fine. PC2 5300.

I am going to test my performance, and if it runs fine, then I'm not going to upgrade to 2GB...but I want to...just because though.
