Hey. So im wondering, can i upgrade from Windows 7 RT to Windows 7 (final copy in october) without losing files or anything? thanks |

What do you mean RT? If you mean RC, which is a release client, yes and no. You can but need to extract the iso file, modify the cversion.ini file and then upgrade by running the extracted setup file How to Upgrade the Windows 7 RC to RTM (Final Release) :: the How-To Geek If you mean RTM, I believe that is the final build that is released to market. If you have that, it is what will be coming out in October |

Also, if you are upgrading from RC1 to the final RTM, you need to upgrade to the Ultimate version since the RC releases were all Ultimate builds. You can't upgrade to anything other than that. |
