Default Keyboard bulge? - 08-30-2009, 01:11 AM

Alright, I just upgraded to 2gb of ram, everything went swimmingly.

Except that now I've got a small bulge in the left side of the keyboard, right around the 4, R, and E keys. I took it apart again, because I had assumed it was because of a cable. I moved them so everything would lay flat, but while the bulge has lessened, it's still noticeable.

It goes away if I remove the middle screw. Because I'm lazy, do you think removing just that screw and placing a bit of electrical tape over the hole would be fine?

Do you think I like bent the keyboard or something?

Edit: Aaaaagh, nevermind.

I took it apart again and it was a cable. There's a rubber part which I had moved to be able to unplug it, and I forgot to move it back to where it was in the first place. Whoops.
