Default Mini 10V default specs settings - 08-29-2009, 12:28 AM

I got my 10v and tried to install OS X on it and it did not work. Can anyone post the settings you have to install on the customized screen of OS X for the 10v.

Like, what drivers, video cards, kernels, etc. so whomever has OS X running on the 10v just let the rest of us know what were his settings to make it work.

Thank you.

I assume your are using the slip streamed DVD.

Then when installing dont install any drivers just install the main system. dont install any patches, nothing.

Then get the type 123 boot loader cd once you have done the install. press esc when you get the first option then type in 80 for it to look at the SSD and then you will get another line where you can type and then type in -f to load all the kexts. Once you have done this and you are at your desktop run the dell efi to install all the other kext needed and once you have done that you should have a fully working dell.

Thank you Danny. I have Snow Leopard coming, but right now I am working with Iatkos v7.
I need to know what to check on on the customized screen to make it work.

That is the version i used to install on to my dell mini 9.

On the customized you need to deselect everything apart from the main system bit (Totaling about 6GB) Everything ells should be deselected and then do what i mentioned with the type 123 iso disc.
