Default xp & os x accessing files - 07-07-2009, 12:10 PM

I installed Xp on an NTFS partition and OS X on an hfs partition. When I boot into OS X, I can read and copy files from my XP partition to my OS X partition, but I can't copy files from my OS X partition to my XP partition. I also can't delete files from my NTFS.

Do I have to change some configuration settings ?

Unfortunately, Apple's NTFS driver is read-only.

I believe there's a FUSE plugin for NTFS which allows read-write access; I won't go into how you can get this working, as it's well-documented elsewhere on the web.

Thanks for the links P3T3 !!

I followed the link and eventually installed NTFS-3G 2009.4.4. It works great writing to my XP's NTFS partition.
