Hi, I just got a new Dell Mini 10V yesterday and have been unable to get the Intel display driver to run with a resolution of 1024x576. I suspect the LCD hardware is faulty.
When I launch the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator Driver for mobile --> Display setting shows only two selectable screen resolution options: 800x600, 1024x600.
The Intel Graphics Media Accelerator diagnostic report shows:
* Accelerator Information *
Accelerator in Use: Mobile Intel(R) 945 Express Chipset Family
Video BIOS: 1585.0
Current Graphics Mode: 1024 by 600 True Color (60 Hz)
* Devices Connected to the Graphics Accelerator *
Active Notebook Displays: 1
* Notebook *
Monitor Name: Plug and Play Monitor

Vertical: Not Available
Monitor Supported Modes:
1024 by 600 (60 Hz)

Can anyone help verify if the LCD display on this machine is defective? It appears it is not providing the resolution information needed by the Intel driver. It would be greatly appreciated if someone can post their Intel Graphics Diagnostic Report for comparison.
