The best thing I got was a usb mouse for $30. My wife has a BT Mighty Mouse which also works. Considering I got a (almost) fully functioning Mac for a fraction of the price I'm not going to whine too much about a hickup or two.

Im having the same issue with click drag, could someone detail how to uninstall and revert to the original drivers?

I am loving my hackintosh so far, but here are the few remaining problems I am having, if anyone has a fix please let me know.

1. As stated above, click drag is finicky using driver ver 17, I also tried to revert to 15 but had the same issue.
2. Crackling sound coming out of sleep.
3. External and Internal microphone do not work, however a USB does work just fine.

It's the same design as the 10's BT. Check ebay.

I'll give it a shot this afternoon and report back here.

UPDATE: It works! I just plugged it in without making any BIOS or EFI changes. So you can add Bluetooth for under 2-1/2 bucks (and a lot of patience on the free shipping).

To anyone still having trouble getting OS X installed, I used a USB hard drive and it all went pretty smoothly:

Yes. I can't imagine any mac (or even any windows pc) not having click-drag. It's a basic mouse operation which is why this is such a troublesome issue.

I just completed my install...after 3-4 days of trying and trying. I tried using DellEFIBootMaker, NetBootMaker, Syslinux, 1 USB method, 2 USB method, Mac only method, Windows and Mac method...nothing would work. I almost gave up because the closest I could come to getting it installed using the USB method was a BSOD immediately after the Apple logo screen and before the language selection screen. I tried letting it sit for a couple of hours to see if it would work itself out, but nada... I spent the better part of 24 hours searching the forums here to see if anyone else had come across the same issues I had...and finally found one person (sorry can't remember who it was now) who put me onto my solution.

In the end, since I already have an Intel iMac, I took the SATA drive out of the Dell, and connected it via a USB enclosure to my iMac, and then installed normally as if it were just a regular external drive. I basically mimicked the instructions put up here and on YouTube by lantzn. YouTube - PART 1 of 2: Installing Mac OS X onto a RunCore and Dell Mini 9 (kudos, btw!!) Once I got it up and running, I downloaded the NC10 driver and kext installer to enable my sound (haven't tried it completely yet. The Fkeys now work visually but no audible response like on my PowerBook when increasing or decreasing volume.) Wireless and sleep mode worked "out of the box."

One other positive thing I came across that I haven't seen mentioned here at all, is that the "Remote Disc" feature is working like it does on the MacBook Air. I opted to not get an external DVD drive, figuring I could transfer whatever DVD's I needed to USB drives and install from there. When opening FInder for the first time, it automatically picked up the DVD drive on my PowerBook, and once I turned on CD/DVD Sharing in System Preferences, I was able to install from a remote DVD via the network. No need for an external now!
