Default Kernel panics and boot speed - 12-19-2011, 08:59 PM

Yesterday i updated to 10.6.7 from 10.6. I am running a 10v with ao6 bios 2g of ram and a ssd. I have had about 3 kernel panics swince i updated. They are random i might be scrolling down a page or typing when they happen. also it takes my netbook 1minute of average to boot. I have an ssd and windows xp booted in 21seconds or less. Is there a way to make it boot faster i do have quiete boot on. Thanks guys i get a lot of help from this site.

I think there's a potential for kernel panic when using up/down arrows to scroll. It has never been solved to my knowledge. You need to scroll with a mouse. The boot time problem is a product of the audio kext, another problem not solved.
