Default Normal updates? - 10-11-2011, 11:11 AM

I am running 10.6.7 with no problems on my Mini10v. Is it ok to run the normal updates? Not includinhg the 10.6.8 update (which I am not keen on doing after reading all the trouble it causes) I have things like iTunes, Remote Desktop Client, Airport, Java, etc.

Is it ok to just run the updates normally or do I run the NBI like with the OS updates?

You don't need to run NBI for regular application or security updates, just for OS X.
