Hey guys,

this isn't my first Hackintosh, but it's the first one where I've used just an out-of-the-box installer so I don't know what it did to get my system running, thus I don't know where to look for a solution.

So my Dell Mini 10v 1011 works fine, WLAN, sound, camera, graphics.. everything. But I think it has a bad performance - I know I can't expect much from a 1,6 GHz Atom, but a simple Flash video causes 100% CPU load and laggs..

My assumption is that Intel SpeedStep isn't working correct and the CPU runs all the time in low power mode - additionally the Battery Indicator shows "2:30h" instead of "3:15h" when CPU works either on ~10% load or 100% load so it seems that the power consumption is about the same (which leads me to recently mentioned assumption about SpeedStep)

You'll need to use flash 10.0.45. You could use crystalhd chip with xbmc, and get youtube 1080p flash in sl, but navigation is a pain. Flash doesn't support crystalhd in mac, only windows.

Additionally I dislike Windows, so.. never again

Search for flash 10.0.45 on insanelymac. It works better than the newer versions

Hmm ok I downgraded to 10.0.45.2 and it works better, but not fluent though.. But thank you for your hint

Can you post a direct download link? Insanelymac has a horrible thread layout and i dont have the time to go though all posts individually
