I recently had to reinstall Mac OS X on my Dell Mini 10v (2 gigs of RAM). So far, everything's fine, except that I used to have multitouch capability, and now I don't. Any advice about how to restore multitouch on the trackpad?

You can activate it via trackpad preference pane on system preferences.
If there are two trackpads on your system preferences, select the one at the bottom.
