My 10v says it's a Model PP19S on the rear.
I have seen a 1011 that says the same.

Are Inspiron 1011s the same as 10vs?
Are Inspiron 1011s as readily hackable as 10vs?

I'm looking to get another and want to get the easiest to work with. Any other suggestions?

Yes, Dell inspiron mini 1011 is just the another name of Dell inspiron mini 10v.

Thanks, that's clear and simple.
I looked at the invoice for my original mini and see that it shows 1011, though the setup guide says 10v.

I would buy one, but my other 5 macs don't want another in the house

I like my dell mini for travel - if it gets stolen or screwed up, the loss in $$ is less painful.

so really i have a 1011 and i just bought a mac home comp and a ipod i am just getting into apple i like it but need alot of help lol ..
I am just getting into college and wondering if the mac os on the mini is better cause I dont wanna mess this comp up please help
