Default Cannot see Home Wifi after restarting from Sleep - 06-15-2011, 01:11 PM

I recently put my mini into sleep for a period of about 3 days, when i turned it back on it no longer would connect to my prefered network in this case my home wifi.

It cannot even see the network, I have tryed turning airport on and off, I have deleted the prefered networks and keychains and restarting.

I have tried re-entering the network details to no avail.

My Iphone connects to my wifi fine, as does my PC laptop, but the Dell just will not see it anymore dispite being able to see every other network on my street, when i take it out and about it connects to friends WIFI's etc, It just no longer will sense mine

I'm running 10.6.7

Any ideas?

Check your router settings to support 802.11b/g. There are several protocols in wifi standard - a/b/g/n. If your router is set to "n-only" mode Broadcom b/g wifi card would not connect to.
Also you may try to arbitrary set different wifi channel (1-12) on your router.

Mini 10v, BIOS A06, OS X 10.6.6, Linux-Mint, 1 GB RAM, 250 GB HDD
