Has anyone had any luck bringing their mini 1011 up to 10.6.7? I am currently installing 10.6.3 and trying to find a way to bring it up to the latest os revision. I install 10.6.3 fine, but it seems that after I run the 10.6.7 combo update, then boot back into the usb key and run NBI .84RC, the system will no longer boot. So, not I am innthe process of stepping backwards to some previous update revision to see if I can get it to install. Any help would be appreciated. |

Hi, check out my answer to a similar recent thread: 10.6.3 > 10.6.7 Software Update. What will happen? Try using that version of NetbookInstaller instead of 0.8.4 RC1 (I did that initially and had trouble with it, version blahblah2351 seems to be much better) edit: argh, looks like I've been beaten to the punch while typing up this post! |
