Unhappy version mis-match between kernel and cpu after upgrading - 12-24-2010, 04:16 AM

I'm new here, have a problem on my dell inspiron mini 1011 after upgrading

I restarted and get a kernel panic :

there are a total of 14 lines like this, let me know if you need the additional info.

what can I do to fix this problem , please any sugestions?

I'm trying to reinstall from a USB stick, is this possible or is ther anyway that I can avoid this step
also I just realize that I have BIOS version A06
can anyone help me here
