Default Im stuck! - 12-03-2010, 03:09 PM

I need some advice.

I got a hackbook 10v from a friend and i wanted to update it to SL.
But now everytime i boot up it cause a panic.

On top of that, my usb ports are not working so i can evn use my ext. Cd drive.

I cant even load windows 7 if i wanted to.

This is my only computer now and i dont have access to another mac.

Please help...

Okay! Boot into the bios and make sure your usb ports are enabled with legacy support.

Secondly, are you trying to use the stock dvd for installing? You need to use a modified usb image to install it properly, not the stock dvd.

The usb ports are enabled.

How can i create a modified usb image using a pc??
